Located high in the mountains with outstanding sea and mountain views, this “Finca” (rustic house) literally dominates one of the most beautiful villages in the Alicante region. Aguas de Busot is known as beeing the “lungs of Alicante”. The village was also famous for its thermal-spa center even going back in the Maures time. It has an elavation of more than 400 meters above sea level.

The property is located right above the village of Aigües (Aguas de Busot, Alicante). The domain size reaches 6000 square meters and stretches out in various consecutive terraces. It has been thoroughly planted over the past century and offers many shaded areas under the pine and caroub trees. The magnificent views are available from almost every single corner of the plot. Moreover, thanks to the many windows and terraces on each floor level, the finca is also fully facing these incredible views so that every room can benefit from it.

The domain is entirely encircled with a fenced wall. On the property, you will find two separate buildings : the main house and the garage area.

The house is located to the upper side of the plot and develops a total of approx. 600 square meters. The house is developed on 3 floor levels, each floor providing large terrace spaces. It is actually splited into 2 exactly symmetrical houses, both providing completely separate entrances and staircases. The entire building comprises 10 double-bed bedrooms out of which 4 are fully on-suite. There is a total of 6 bathrooms with 2 additional separated toilet corners. The house offers also 2 living rooms with plain French oak wooden floor, with 2 double window doors each that opens the way to the front covered terrace. Each living has a large working fire place. Both living connects with a fully renovated and equipped kitchen which in turn has a door to access the back terrace. Once outside, one can find 2 pergolas with plain wooden structure to allow eating the whole season. There are also 2 utility rooms and 2 storage rooms.

In front of the house, there is a very large open-air terrace that leads to a double staircase for accessing the swimming pool area. The pool is about 14 meters long to 6 meters wide. It is surrounded by a new paved terrace of 190 sqm with a central large palm tree offering some shaded area.

Garden

The garden is very mature. The heat and the dry climate of the region allows only Mediterranean type garden style. The property has been also equipped with a full automatic spraying system. Pine trees, pepper trees, almond trees, palm trees, frutal as lemon, mandarine and orange trees are all to be found around.
