EXCLUSIVE ESTATES S.L. is a Spanish registered company and uses for its real estate activities the denominations of Exclusive Estates S.L. (general) and Exclusive Rentals (holiday rentals), here after referred as such.

Exclusive Rentals is a registered entity with the Valencian Agency of Tourism (Turisme) regulating the Tourist activities of the Community of Valencia.

www.inmo-exclusive.com is a website owned by Exclusive Estates S.L., a Real Estate Agent, based in Spain (Alicante). Mr. Vincent Kraft de la Saulx is the Managing Director of the company. All website development are realised by the professional hands of Project 8 (based in the NL).

Exclusive Estates S.L. has made alliances and partnerships with other companies in various territories for the development of its activities and is constantly seeking new alliances.

Special attention is given to the marketing of the sites to attain a maximum visibility. This is obtained through optimization on the most important search engines, links on kindred sites, teasers, free publicity and advertisements in different market media in various countries. We also take part in specific fairs and happenings.
